Just to update: 2 of my players' sales tax decreased by 3% (70% to 73%) on their 5th week. So in some cases, it might actually be 3%/week.

Edit: Just noticed my other player who just turned 15th weeks today in my team is still at 93%, no movement.

The number of players sold in the last 14 weeks is updated at the financial update each week. So that would probably be the reason it decreased by 3%.
