It is total chaos now really with no possibility for posts being one-balled.
Pre-qualification should be taken into consideration especially for managers from div.III and lower, and especially for managers from a certain continent.

Ok this was written with a little ;) but still..

If you really appraised the value of the content of a post from the rating in the old system or by the division of the users that ansere to the various posts...

Division is far more important than rating or number of balls. Except be wary of the number of divisions in the country. For example division 2 in Australia is far better than division to in Japan.

Ehm...no
Only to make an example:this team (36506) this season has been relegated from my league, and the next season will be in IV division. If youu look at the history of this team, you can see that in season 9(not at the dawn of the game) he wins the plaoff in III division and raises in II division, when he plays till season 12

Now,if the next season he wants to answer to some question in the Help forum(no matter if italian, global,or what else),pursuing your theory, you should ignore it because you see IV.X division under his team name, also if the user is the same that two seasons ago play in II division. What would be the difference if the same world are said by a II,IV or VI division manager?
If the content of the message is right, why you should care about division?

maybe we should have some sort of experience progress bar under the ball ratings? it would fill up slowly depending on how long the player is in the game, how many seasons he's been here. that would be like another indication of the post to take a look at. of course there is managers that have been playing for 5 or more seasons and still dont know a lot of things, but in general it wouldn't be the case.

or a simple line "Experience: atrocious" (pitiful, awful....). that would catch some attention to a more experienced player's post.

Sometimes its better to close you mouth and remain silent than to open it and be thought a fool.

Not in this case. What did I write that wasn't true? I didn't say division was a perfect representation of who to give more credit to. I just said it is a better representation than number of balls which is correct. And australia div 2 is better than japan div 2 by a mile, so nothing foolish about what I wrote.

It's another imperfect representation of quality. Not better, not worse than number of balls.

Not exactly. If someone in Australia has made it from division 4 to division 1 they obviously know something about the game. And they might not be active on the forums so only have 3 or 4 balls. Where as maybe someone else is more active but is in div 4 in australia and has 40 balls. If both of them posted advice in a thread then personally I would give more credit to the post made by the guy in div 1. Doesn't mean he is right, I'm just saying I'd be more inclined to follow what he said that someone in div 4 even if he has a few more balls.
