a guard with mediocre in JS and awful in IS is always bad when you sell it

Since PGs are rare and go for higher prices than any other position, he should be able to double his money on that player.

WTF??Because of 1 pop in handling and 1 pop in driving(with bad shooting skills)?

the question is how much he had to train JS to increase his value, because i would still considering as pass first or better pass only guard with JS 7/8.
