@ i think, the match against germany would be the one, i would think the most time about the lineup and tactic, because this is the match i'd like to win most :-)

and this motivation would be even higher, because this would be the final and titels are the most important things in buzzerbeater, nobody remembers a second place in a few seasons :-)

@intendis

Pilipinas had been doing fairly well in these past few seasons in the world stage. What would you improve to make a better showing in the seasons to come?

this is a very difficult question, because you need to have the right players to have success. what I mean is, if you manage a senior team, you've got more or less every single season the same players in the starting 5, only sometimes there are young players, who improve the team.

in the u21 this doesn't work this way. every season you've got a complet new roster, you need to have good players on each position and often you've got very strong guards, but the big guys are weak and the other way round. in that case, it's difficult to have a good season.

That's why I want to communicate a lot with the managers of potential players, that they are all well trained to have the optimal success. Even the 18 and 19 year olds need to be coached, because primarily new managers are making lots of faults at the training of their talents.

But nothing is impossible if i will have the type of player i wanted to have,i am the type of manager that always listen in the other co-manager,i will do my Very Best just to prove that i am deserving is this type of position.through the years i have in this league.i having so many experience and this is part of my life.make sense? my question is for intendis, for example you won as a manager of U21

1. philippines and germany are going to face each in a very crucial match. which team will you choose, philippines or germany? :)

2. what is your motive in running as manager of philippine U21, spying the philippine team or helping the philippine team?

vanth,

good point. letting a foreigner be a manager for a U21 team exposes our team naked. he's more experienced than any of the current pool of candidates no doubt but we are running a great risk here if ever a foreigner is elected.

intendis,

i don't mean to say that you'll indeed give away our players' skills but that's a risk for our team. you're a great manager, i believe but the risk is just too high. that's my honest opinion.

i agree with the foreigner issue. as of the moment, i think you lead all the candidates. my question is how can you be sure that you'll be successful managing the NT when you haven't even been promoted from your division?

1. I have answered this question already two posts higher :-)

2. of course i want to help this team, the work needs a lot of time, why should I destroy anything, that would make no sense, I would give my best to put the Philippine team on a higher level...

ok, if you have doubt, that I'll give away something, you don't have to elect me, but you also could just ask the austrian managers, at first they thought also critical about me, because i was a foreigner, but in the end i led the austrian team about 30 places higher in world ranking

why should I do now anything, what isn't the best for the team?

i understand your position right now,but you can't blame other manager here in philippines.that is part of securing our players and U21 NT team..

my question is:

if ever you have not given a chance to win in the coaching position, are you willing to serve and become mentor of some manager in this country?

second, are you willing to give up your own country for the sake of U21 philippines?and become loyal and faithful to this country?..if you do or agree to that, give me the reason why would you do that?

lastly, why philippines?
