Get one.

after :

1) your arena has 22k seats
2) you have savings of at least 1 mil
3) you promote to MABBA - so you can afford more
4) you have 2 awesome trainees from the draft :) (at least HOF's with really good starting skills sets and 5k+ starting salary)

or you could get one now.

and have everyone tell you... I told you so. :)

Just had a look and he only gets $135,950 in attendance. Not sure what the TV Contract and Merchandise are like but it looks unsustainable. Don't think i am going to change his mind though lol

Well that is the beauty of this game. You really get to choose what you want to do with your team. If you really want to get a World Renown Trainer and with Fitness Specialty at the same time, why not?

Also, he is expanding his arena so with the new arena size (5180) he should get about $151,850. Only about $80K shy of the break even point. I think with merchandise and TV contract it should be able to reach more than $230K.

So ultimately it is more towards his reserve money, whether he has enough reserve to outbid the $900K for the staff and also have additional money to cover the play-offs in case he doesn't host the games.

Yeah the sign on fee for any world renowned trainer can get into the millions. Unless you get a lower wage one which will be very expensive you will end up having to replace him every season on 2 which will be expensive in itself.

Thats it, 1 ball for that, I just wanted to have the best trainer for my drafted player.

I don't have enough cash in reserve for now, still saving, and by the way I can always remove the trainer when it causes me a negative weekly income, so I don't think I'll be close to bankrupt.

I'm still figuring the best way to maintain one, in fact, I'm still calculating the best way to replace a minimal PR-manager, I'm not planning to compete in the few coming season, so PR-manager won't bring me much good other than giving me a little more in attendance but I personally think that the high salary of higher level PR-manager will reduce back the income, so I'll only keep a minimal PR-manager.

Figuring a best way to maintain minimal staff is possible and it is also possible for a world-renowned if signing bonus is excluded but unfortunately there are signing bonus and I have seen before an auction that reach 3 mil for a non-specialty world-renowned 39k salary trainer, and worse, there are 2 days left before the auction ends.
