Hmm ok. Well what I thought was that since I'm in div I, I can pretty much sell all the expensive seats provided the prices are reasonable. I thought that way I can make more money quickly than wait for lots of bleachers to be built.
But I guess i'll build bleachers and lower tier too but I'd still want to give more focus on luxury boxes.

i think balckeagle is right, you get your investment faster(because you could sell on relativ high prices, where you have to sell cheap when you have 50 Vip boxes) back when you start with the cheap seats and this way you faster make profits which also leads to a faster finished arena(with 50 VIP and lot of cheaper seats).

You're right, but since you have to lower the prices to sell out all the luxury boxes, the extra profit you generate shrinks with each extra seat. So while it is a good idea to start with the boxes (because they're build fast), you should switch to another category when you have about 30. Then I suggest building the 500 courtside eats (or you start with them as you originally suggested), those are sold out pretty easily. And only then you begin bulding lower tier and bleachers.
So I mostly agree with your plan, except for maxing out the luxury boxes.

I'll have 500 courside seats within 6 days (supposedly but i bet it will take longer because it always does in my case).
Ok, as you and Mod-CrazyEye suggested, I'll build luxury boxes to until I have about 30-35 and then also focus on lower tier and bleachers.
According to my calculation to build another 25 luxury boxes I need $400k ($400k needed to have 50 luxury boxes). I actually think it's not much. My net income is about $280k atm and i have $270k with me, so after my next home game, I can build 25 luxury boxes. It is true that I'll then have to reduce the price but overall I think I can still make more profit. So basically after investing $400k next week to build those luxury boxes, I can pretty much concentrate on lower tier and bleachers for the rest of the season. Doesn't sound a bad plan to me :)

i would always include some bleachers/lower tie when you build new seats(i think below 600 new seats it takes everytime 6 days and i believe you should get close to that limit everytime you build).

Whenever I build new seats, I'd like to have a nice number (like, 30, 50 35 etc) and not like 72, 472, 49 etc, so I'll use the left over money to build some lower tier and bleachers.
is 600 new seats in 6 days theory only for lower tier and bleachers??? because if you try to build 300 courside seats, it'll certainly take longer than 6 days.

Well I just fired my 20k superior trainer, so not going to buy any trainees for a while. I have 4 older guys that are better than most players for my division. The scrubs get fired each week, so they aren't on my roster permanently. And I can use these 4 players for 3 seasons without skill drops. And I can sell them for half to 75% of what I bought them for, so not losing money.

Well you have 75% PLUS all the profit accumulated each week during the 3 seasons. Which is an easy 4 or 5 million.
