I already posted it in the other forum but i'll post in this anyways use the calculator: (http://www.how8.com/bb/index.php) to best estimate the player's salary calculator with their current skills and if it comes to value of right around the cap point then his training will show drastic slowness.

This calculator says that free throws, stamina and experience affect salary. The one I usually use does not. Are you sure that they have an effect?
