Rule no. 1 if you want to train him to be a monster - you should do as much single position training as possible when he's still young, so no JS/DV/RB training until his early twenties.

why?

Edit: About the elastic effect -> depends on the theory:

A: Start with the low skills, till they are all close together, and keep it like that till you want to specialise him

B: Start with driving and handling because they are trained with every other skill set, and are that why important for the speed of those trainings.

Now you ask me to think twice I think "no JS/DV/RB training until his early twenties" may not be necessarily true. But you definitely want to avoid doing OD training in 2 positions, for example. And as a general rule, one should prioritize training those skills that can be trained by single position first, to shorten the training time required for those "2 position skills". E.g. JR before JS, IS/ID before RB.

I have already explained my own elastic thoery. I don't believe HD and DV are that important.

I would give him Pressure training until the All Star Break( you might get lucky and get a ID and handling to pop). I would do a week of JS wingman and 1 on 1 F's( for his IS) and the 2 weeks of passing. And then go back to Pressure until the offseason. Good Luck
