According to this rules there should be in Second Chance Qualifiers from Europe:
Belgium, Spain, Portugal and Srbija
But there are:
Belgium, Spain, Portugal and Slovakia


This has been fixed.

That's not true, now they are two Slovakian U21 in Season 14 European Championship final groups. Each group has its own Slovenko,lol. And I heard that their position in NT rankings is swapped.
