well do you think any of my players have a chance at making the allstar team?
There are a few things you have to consider here. If getting players in the all-star game is important to you, you should put some focus on getting them there, i.e. playing your better players more often. Kestens is in the top 10 in ppg and only 2 of the players above him are in your conference. It looks like the Great 8 is the stronger conference (by looking at league leaders) You would have a few players in top 10 rpg for the Big 8. Also keep in mind that you are in an all bot league with teams that have a minimum of 20 players, most of whom play every game, so your players minutes, while being in the mid 20's aren't that far off from the average.
If you don't mind me asking, who are you training? Kestens is the only one who in my opinion, age wise, is worth training, but he has pretty low potential. If you have a few k that you are willing to spend go out and look for a solid rook, you can probably drop Casan or Scalise. They aren't going to get any better and you don't appear to use them much.
