What is the difference between a level 4 trainer and a level 5 trainer. How many extra pops per year?

Usually 2-3 extra pops over the course of 2 seasons.

well it really depends as i want to make my team around my guards and hopefully i can buy an american rookie i have my eyes on and get him to the u21 team and i can afford a lower salary lvl 7 but ill wha till i get to div3
