As Zolinho pointed, thats very important in managing the team, my fast rise in my squad was all about the transfer market. At 200-300k if you patient and really willing to wait until great players come available, you can find guys as good as 20k+ in salaries and even higher if you are really lucky. But keep in mind how you spend that money can make the difference between 5k players or 20k players which sometimes bought cheap and if you sell them then you get much more than you paid. I was bought a player for 422k, sold him a week later at 1.4M and with 1M its enough money to buy a team that can win division IV.

Good points.
Plus everytime u wanna sell a player make a transfer ad! It helps a lot! I sold my 4.000 scrub-SG and 7.000 sub-SG for 100.000 and 250.000 respectively. After this I could afford to buy my new starter SG
(8834985)
.
Edit: His price was exactly 350.000. :)

how to use a transfer ad?
Someone once told me I needed to face fear to get over it, and I thought well why not take a step further and cut my fear into little pieces then set my fear on fire then throw the hot ash of my fear into a lake and then poison the lake. Simple!

Thanks everyone for your advice.
I won the first relegation game 117-107.
Thanks for telling me to start Dykier. He put up 23 points, 14 boards, and 6 assists.
What is also good is that he used crunch time and I used normal.
So I figure if I use crunch on him now he wont be able to beat me in game 2 at my home arena.
Should I consider a 3-2 zone? My opponent went 13-31 behind the arc.
Thanks again.
