I would do something like this.
2 weeks of ID
2 weeks of OD
2 weeks of IS
1 week of Rebounding
2 weeks of One on one.
2 weeks of passing
Over and over again.
If you want a PF,
Just do this swich rebounding IS and ID every week.
I would just do PF though because its easier.
