SMALL FORWARD

Perfect size is around 200cm.
In this position, the more important skills are...all skills...^^ but we can point five of them. Here, managers must have to train inside and outside skills to reach these goals, considering as a requierement :

End of 18:

Jump Shoot : strong (8)
Outside Def : strong (8)
Inside Def : average (6)
Rebounding : average (6)
Inside Shot : average (6)
Salary around 4000$

End of 19:

Jump Shoot : prominent (10)
Outside Def : prominent (10)
Inside Def : strong (8)
Rebounding : average (6)
Inside Shot : average (7)
Salary around 7000$

End of 20:
Jump Shoot : sensational (11)
Outside Def : prominent (11)
Inside Def : prominent (10)
Rebounding : respectable (7)

In this position, the more important skills are Inside Shot, Inside Def and Rebounding with a little Jump Shoot. Then Outside Def. So managers must focus training on Inside skills with a little Jump Shoot and Pressure to reach these skills goals, considering as a requierement :

PLAYERS OLDER THAN 21

To be abble to join the Luxemburg NT, your player must have a salary at least equal to :

PG -> 20 000$
G -> 30 000$
SF -> 20 000$
AF -> 30 000$
C - > 30 000$

Then, priority is given to defensive and good secondary skills to help NT to win games against team with very higher wages. Of course, keep a good game shape is a priority too !

I wanna help you in what you need. Maybe you don't want my help, but I'm asking for!

Your player '' the big center in U21 '' is a really good player, but he doesn't have shape, and his manager isn't letting him with a good shape. It's necessary to talk about that with his manager.
