I was knocked out in the first game, but my fan survey has actually risen a ball since we lost (from 2 to 3). Couple possibilities:
THe survey is noted in the manual to be a bit random. Maybe we should comission more surveys of the sim fans? Can we at least get a statistical error esimate BB crew?
I got a new PR manager. Either he made the fans feel better about our loss, or he did a better job estimating the population's true opinion.
The team that beat us has gone on to win two more Cup games. Maybe they realize we didn't have much chance.
I had 3.5 on my survey after my close loss. I don't know if the fans take into account the level of the team you lost to also or not, but that would be a nice little bonus if they did.
