And since you have to pay severance fee when you buy a new trainer (severance fee equals to salary of the trainer you replaced), it's smart to fire your trainer after the training update and buy a new one after the financial update. I do that once or twice a season, because I like to buy a trainer with 40-45k salaries for small money and just replace him when he demands too much. This way I think I save more money than those who buy a 6th level 20k trainer for 1,5 million.
