He got his team near the end of season 14. He had no wins then, no wins though all of season 15 and just two last season. I have to imagine there's some negative effect to the fan club from winning just two games out of 49. He's only had one home game since his winning streak started - and it was after the first win. Since it was a TV win, and since he just blew out his rival on the road, perhaps it'll start to pick up a little.
Meanwhile, the team with a "way worse record" picked for comparison is a team that made the playoffs in a higher league for a few seasons and just got relegated. Their season ticket holder base is probably much stronger and although they're likely disappointed with the demotion, they haven't been subjected to two season of getting pounded every game but two.
Of course, the season before last doesn't count for fan survey purposes, but I can't imagine that the season ticket holders calculation is too kind to a team that goes 0-22 in a season and that has never seen their team win since the current management took over.
