It depends...

If you're aiming tot train 3 SF's at one position al the time, than I would go for a balanced training regime. During normal weeks I'd go for 1 position training OD, ID, IS, PS etc. During the allstar week and PO weeks I'd go for training 1vs1, JS and stamina

But If you like to include players with a different endgoal (different endskills, so not 3 similar SF's) than it might be worthwhile to train outside or inside skills first.

Also if you have a goal set for your team in let's say to promote in a season or 3, it might be handy that you're SF's are a bit better at C than at PG or vice versa. So you won't lose a lot of strength in those games.

Balanced training trains quicker, but a accent on a player here or there might be handy.

"Actually I think 1v1 training is the glue that holds together all three guard skills that are trained 1-position (JR, PA, OD - I don't count HA here). Train 1v1 for half a season and you get elastic effect for all other guard skills."

very interesting, i am definitely thinking about this kind of training. at least in the first season.

thats my plan. i will try to give my guys "guard" training for 2-3 seasons. after that i have hopefully promoted to division.III. in season 4 i will focus on inside skills. thats the plan...lets see if it is successfull! ;)

btw. thx a lot for all your opinions!
