About the suggestions (this is the wrong place for this discussion so I'll be short, making an exception here):
1. bot processes (games included) already have lower priority over human teams. They are always run after human teams.
2. we pride ourselves on not having a lot of downtime, even if it is planned. Lately, we hit a couple of snags but it shouldn't affect players as much as having a full hour of downtime every day. Also, that wouldn't help because most of the calculations we do take a better part of the day, so 1 hour would never be enough.
