My centers:

12k to 37k a week
10k to 20k a week (this one didnt train last 3 weeks because of injury)

their still 19 each, seriously, no chance I can hold the first guy, its just ridiculous, I can have 3 GREAT guards for 37k a week.

this just doesnt look good right now.

A guard went up from 11k to 18,153

He is 19 yo, mainly trained in JS, he will still be trained, still affordable

I don't think it is a design flaw. IMO, a lot of people find inside play with the big guys going for dunks...attractive. Pretty soon the shortage of guards compared to inside players is going to put a premium on the guards. Supply and demand. Then you'd probably see a few trainers switching over to outside training.

I don't think this has anything to do with the salaries. (and there is a shortage of guards already)

A sensational guard get equal salary as a sensational center, instead of half of the salary, which is the case right now imo.
I agree that there are maybe more factors included to be a sensational guard than a sensational center, but players contribute about the same to the team, then they should get paid the same.

I am not sure that is completely accurate.

There was a player with lvl 15 or 16 rebounding & nothing else on the TM last week, his salary only went up to $16k or something close.

Most inside players I see listed have the same mid level skill on 2+ talents, I am yet to see any guards listed that have sensational multiskills, most have that level jump shot and strong at best in the other skills, often quite less.

I think (from what I have seen) that eventually the guards will be paid either more or the same as inside players, depending on how many high level skills they have.

Right now the guards being shown to the market have 1 very high skill with the rest lacking, whereas the inside players have 3 similar mid-high levels skills.

It's more difficult to train SF or PG or playmaker I've to train more skills and the player is growing slowly compare to a center. Then, I'm sure the 99% of the teams can still make some profits at the end of the week so I don't see any reason to change this sistem now. If you are not able to pay the salaries and to keep the economy in balance probably you should have to sell someone, this is one of the beautiful aspect of the game. There are a lot of money and we can see it on the prices market, we are far from bankrupcy. A suggestion for teams that is spending a lot of K in salaries is to change the training, it means stop to train centers and start to train guards.
Only one thing should be considered by the BBs and this is the exponential growing of the salaries; if I've a lvl 20 I can't pay 1 million salary I would like to avoid to see what happens in hattrick but it's also good to keep in a team only one or max 2 lvl 20 players, not more, otherwise the game will be too easy.

Na, I've seen a player with I think about 17 rebounding and nothing else whos salary went up to about 25k.

Then I see a guard with 13 JS and 9 JR who only got about 15k salary now.

@ ned: This discussion is not about not being able to pay salaries or not. It's about the difference between salaries of C's and G's which shouldn't be there (imo).
I think the players who are great guards will feel discriminated now, because they only get half of the salary of a center ;).

Edit: I found a perfect example to prove my point: Albert Diefenbach (3071008), just posted in the transfer ad topic. JS: 10, HD: 10, DR: 11, and only 9,4k salary. A center with 10 IS, 10 ID and 11 RB would have 20k+ salary.
