Hello everyone! The decisions have been made and this season the roster will start with 10 players, with room for callups and any player saving needed! Here are the ten players this season:

Duncan Arsenault(17732228)
Duncan Arsenault was a Canada U21 player from the very start of season 17 and when last seasons star big man had some gameshape issues and injuries he stepped up big time and filled Castro's shoes. A proud member of East Side Rangers ever since he was drafted by them in Season 14 he has recieved another great year of training and now is without a doubt the number 1 player on this Canada U21 squad. He will be heavily depended on this season, he looks to not disappoint.

Placido Barbiroli(17732037)
Drafted by Toronto Knockouts in Season 14, Barbiroli has been around. He was quickly sent to Lietuva for a 718000 sum where he played and was trained until season 16 when he was bought by a team in Spain for an increased amount of 1million dollars! In season 17 he was brought back to Canada by GM-beanerz for a large 1.75million transfer fee. He has been trained well ever since and being beanerz first guard trainee in a while he could end up being a star for Canada.

Clyde Crockett(17731631)
Clyde Crockett was drafted by blue blood 3rd overall and sold for a sum of 2 million dollars shortly afterwards. He has been receiving playing time and training in Turkeys 1st division and with all the experience in a big market spotlight is ready for some international action. Clyde Crockett's HoF potential really helps him in this extemely deep guard rotation, but he is prepared for the season ahead.

Fausto Di Donato(17809635)
Drafted by Calgary Predators who turned into Bask3tballpwn and then sold to 1st division Turkey for a hefty sum of 1.2 million, Fausto Di Donato has always wanted to be a U21 player and when he received the news at 6:00pm that he was apart of the rosterand had to get to Mexico at 7:00 pm he went ballistic and then unrealistically flew right over and joined the squad. Fausto Di Donato is at the top of his class and with Crockett has gained some valuable division 1 experience in a big market. He is prepared to take the spotlight as Canadas number 1 guard and looks forward to the task.

Wolfhard Dock(17731659)
Wolfhard Dock was drafted by Clodhoppers and sold for 148k to B-ToWn GaNgStAs in what has to be the best 148k PARTYcakes has ever spent. He is a member of the U21 team because of his name. Oh and he is not a bad player either. Unfortunately since his traumatizing days as a child with a name like his, he has not said a word since he was 13. Communication is critical to Bballin and getting him to talk is priority number 1. He definitely wins the award for best name of the season and maybe if he continues improving he could end up being a critical part of Canadas quest for gold!

Christian Girard(17809534)
Bought off of free agency for 1.1 million, Christian Girard has settled in division II Russia. He has been developed into Canadas best small forward option this season. Ever since he was sent to free agency he has felt as though he has something to prove and he has made his point well. His improvements have been great and have catapaulted him into an important position on this team.

Kurt McMiller(17811021)
Kurt McMiller has always been a bargain hunter. After being drafted by Teh Salads, the team was quickly changed due to some financial troubles and he was then sold for a measly sum of $7000 to div IV Slovenija. He has progressed enough to bring his team up to division III and is now making $66,000 dollars a week. If being efficient is his forte, hopefully he will continue at the international level. Him being on the team is huge, but it did not come without a price. Bballin is paying Kurt McMiller a whopping $2000 dollar per rebound which McMiller demanded for his services. Bballin has just recently put up his apartment for sale.

Pete O'Carroll(19050725)
Pete O'Carrol started on the newly formed backyard ball players in season 15. He was trained steadily until season 17 when he was sold to BC Cholet in France III.1. Pete is still adapting to France and even though he is Canadian he does not know any French(he skipped french in school). Being able to join the Canada team with a bunch of other english speaking Canadians is what Pete needed and he is doing whatever he can to stay on the squad.

Olexiy Ochakovskiy(17810373)
Drafted by Shaolin Monks and then quickly sold to Hellas div V, Olexiy is happy to be closer to his roots of Europe. So when asked if he would like to join the Canada team he rejected. Knowing that Olexiy was a key player for Canada, Bballin proceeded to knocking him unconcious and carrying him onto the plane heading towards Mexico himself. When Olexiy awoke he was tied to a chair in a dark room. A video was playing of his family tied up at their home. He quickly agreed to play for Canada this season and he has played great so far. Good choice Olexiy... good choice.

Elwood Singer(17732034)
Drafted by Hoarlsters in Season 14, he was instantly put on the transfer market. This was really hard for his self esteem and he has had a therapist ever since. Cerebral Assassins have been paying it for him as long as he continues to develop and become a great player. He has and now that he has made the Canada team his self esteem problems have been solved and he is expected to assassinate at least one manager(Majiker) this season.

Notes:
-No 20 year old big men this season, even though that has seemed to be normal lately.

-None of the players were drated and developed on the team that they were drafted by and Pete O'Carroll was the only one not sold in season 15.

- We have: 3 players on a Canadian team, 2 on a Turkish team, 1 in Russia, 1 in France, 1 in Slovenija, 1 in Hellas and 1 in the USA.

Positionally we have: 1 PG, 4 SG, 1 SF and 4 C.

I like this team and I expect big things of them :)

EDIT: Duncan Arsenault was a draft and develop big man! Woopsies.

Henry Mills(17731423)
Henry Mills has been called up to the squad! The first call up this season, Mills has earned his right to be here with some great training and gameshape! He was one of the players who felt robbed when not put on the team to start off the season and he devoted himself to get on the squad. Now after Ochakovskiy's mysterious lawnmower accident Henry Mills has been asked to join the squad. Henry Mills is a part of the Van Cougars squad in Canadas III.4 where he has been a member since he was drafted. He will be a huge part of the teams success this season.

Curtis Worley(19313993)
Newest addition to the Canada Roster! Worley is the first 20 year old big man to make the team. Drafted and Trained by Fundamentally Sound and Coach, Coach Coach(?) Worley has become a beast for Canada. A lock to make the team next season and be called upon as a leader, Worley is here to show that all the hype that surrounds him is correct. Sadly Worley will never truly be a great big man because he is a redhead. Reports say that Worley has tried dyeing his hair many times, but the redness of his hair always prevails. Such a sad story. To donate contact Bballin at 1-800-BEAT-USA. All donations are certaintly welcome. Thank You.

Cordell Early(17731854)
Cordell Early was also added to the roster. Excited to follow in the footsteps of teammate Anton Rickard, early is a late callup like Rickard was last season and hopes to be more of an impact. Drafted and developed in the Sock Pants organization, Galloping Ghost has now churned out two U21 guards in consecutive seasons. Impressive stuff, Early has always been in Rickards shadow, but here on the Canada U21 team everyone shines... except Crockett.
