If the teams were even I don't think so. I think six enthusiasm and CT will give you about nine effort whereas 11 enthusiasm and TIE will give you about seven to eight effort. HCA is supposed to be worth somewhere about 5% to 10% depending on who you believe leaving you a little short. However others have said your team is much better than your opponents and if that is true and you are sending in your best team you should be fine.
