Well he's my endorsement.

Worked hard. Nobody deserves it over him.

Would really love to answer some questions you guys have, my speech was basically just a quick introduction.

I realise it will be difficult to get votes from the general Australian consensus when up against an ABBL manager without showing my plans and knowledge of the game considering I'm still in Division III

With BBstats dead (as far as I know) how will you try to involve the community in the way we used to? (Scouting, mentoring, tactical discussions etc)

From what I've seen the bbstats forums are still in working order although they're rather inactive compared to the mllama reign. So i'll probably do the usual which is post the match in the U21 forum with my opinion and leave it up for discussion as far as tactics go. I plan to keep personal track of scouting and have a rough outline of what a manager should be aiming for if they wish to get their player to representative level. Obviously my mailbox will be open for any particulars as far as different builds and finer matters such as elastic effects.

Hope this answers your question Mr. Yoda

As you said, you being in Division III will hinder your chances against your opposition who is currently in the ABBL. Speaking as a neutral party, (even though we're flatmates) what would make myself or any other Australian manager want to vote for you over Tremell?

Trust me when I say this, the effort needed to run a U21 national team is more than running your own club. I wouldn't vote for anyone who haven't posted a speech yet. If they don't have the time to post a speech, how would they find the time to run the U21 national team?

Well said, and it is something I wanted to address. I believe I've had more experience with previous U21 teams both training up a player (18085336), discussing tactics and being a mentor in the mentor program. Not to discredit Tremell who I know is a great manager and very experienced, I just feel that I would put the U21 team in the best possible spot for the present and the future.

I'm confident Tremell would put all the necessary effort to run the team. I understand he could just be lazy writing up speeches when he doesn't even know wether he'll be elected.

He's a great manager and has been very active on the 2.2 forums over the last seasons. I also enjoyed some long bb-mail discussions with him.

He knows how to chose the right tactics, has got some experience and is open-minded.

With all the due respect to Leeroy, I'm going for Tremell once again.

You've got my vote mate, i wouldn't worry to much about being up against managers of higher ranked teams. I'm sure most people who take the time to vote know that having a decent team doesn't mean a decent manager, and being a decent manager of your personal team doesn't equate to a decent National Team manager either.

You've been supporting and helping out with the National Teams for long enough to know how its done as well as anyone and I'm sure most people would be able to trust you much more with the reigns then anyone else who runs that has showed no interest in the team up until now.

With due respect to tremell who as I said earlier is a great manager and ezlife's opinion, as ezlife is also a great manager I just want to point out that the gap isn't so great. Leeroy is also a great manager and if he wasn't in III.6 he would have promoted seasons ago. Got to go, I'll talk more about his qualities later.
