Yeah, the same thing happened to me. Three of my bigs were estimated at 30k, 19k and 18k, respectively. Lucky for me, they are sitting at 23k, 14k and 13k. I love salary deflation.

This actually means everybody will have more "cap space" on their teams and will be buying higher salaried players than they would last season...I wonder what this means for the market.

But salary raises by training can exceed the salaries decrease so that everyone will have more cap space is not a given.
I'd say that, probably, most teams have had a rise of the salary mass or the rise was canceled out at best.
A forecast large increase of the global salaries might even be why there is this big cut.


Maybe there will be some changes announced soon.
If not,then overall, it is not a very good sign, the corrections were getting smaller and smaller until this large decrease this season.
They were supposed with other measures to balance numbers in the global economy so to resort to it again to that extent would say that it has gone a bit worse.
I don't expect any changes of the market.
