Only games provide experience, the exact scaling of which I do not want to reveal, as figuring that out should be something for the users to "crack" ;)

He has finally popped so it is not a bug and you can close this thread if you like.
Minute totals for atrocious to pitiful were:
1008.2 League
111.0 Playoffs
247.9 Cup
652.8 Scrimmage

He was an 18yo on my original team, maybe they start with the lowest experience possible.
