Yup, just funnin. Although I've seen stats gathered over an entire season where minimal trainers outdo superior guys by 5-6 pops...................however this isn't very well documented and is probably rare.
It's easily accomplished - have the minimal trainer doing a lot of 1 on 1 training on fresh young draftees (that sounds creepy), and the superior trainer training 24 year old 7'2 Cs in jump range and you can be certain you'll see a lot more pops from the minimal trainer.
