IS until Artis hits 5 and Basham hits 7.
PA until Basham hits 7.
DR until HA starts to get a bit too high on Basham (i think 11 is that point, though you may consider 12).
At that point, it's more about what specialities you want him to have. You could build him into a hybrid SG/SF by building up secondaries, build him into a true PG, build him into an SG, and each would have a slightly different path. Basham is plenty good enough to be something for you.
