upsi, thats a lot of questions :p

my japanese is as limited as dwight howards feeling for the ball...or better..its close to zero!!

my english is half baked ( its more africans as oxford school english ) and my phone/ ipad ( im not man enough to open bb on my imac..cant hold the pressure from my adult friends if they wanna know what im doing on a site for children :D) doing the rest in changing any word i wrote cause it hates me :p

i have no clue about ur nt strenght and players..hope ( maybe u ) or the 4 men japanese community squad is helpin me and put my skinny butt in the right direction

i try to be online every game..love it to fellow the O and xes..was 80% alone in the chat as i was nt from germany and sa..

my biggest advantage is the knowledge about the engine..tried everything in the last 5years and i think ur nt has a good chance to boost the world ranking letter..bb is easy but there a lots of kids out there for spankin :p ( u can check south africas run with me to the africa finals 4 seasons ago )

fun for the game should always the main goal in playin that "manager" game

if u guys need help in player building im ur man of course...we can open a prospect thread, player building guide etc pp if u wanna

what i see till now is that ur " real" community is 4/5 users heavy..if we work together ( i take of course the lion part and hope for ur advices ) we can crushing some way better teams and have fun :p

biggest part in my nt teams till now was that nt players r better than they stay in their country ( the merch bonus is way higher if for example wolph owns a japanes player as my team owns one and most foreign ( gaijin ?! is it right ) teams dont care about weekly game shape..big part for winning games against better teams )

always remember..u guys get more merch if japan climb the world ranking ( think 25% from the weekly salary max for top15 teams )

For myself...I want someone from Asia. I hated coming into the game chats and not even the coach was in there. Game times in Asia are at noonish ECT. That is why I would vote for Swoosh.

I am also similar with YC. I wanna vote only Nippon team GM whoever can speak native or not his team will be one of the nippon team and like to train nippon talent. I dont want not touching nippon community person.

I hope some of our GM are really know about how to build NT. I am understanding our resource are very small, who can create and build for NT. I will be vote for him. good luck all...

Let's be honest about the job requirements tho': "speaking Japanese"... well... come on: how many non-English speaking Japanese users do we actually have?

Swoosh is still my primary. Unless he stood down for BB King. Then... I'd probably vote for BB King.

BBKing isn't even running. I like everything Will Freeman has said but for my part Swoosh is currently the front runner but there is always time to change my mind. Mind you I haven't heard that much from Swoosh if it wasn't for prior knowledge I would be voting Will Freeman.

Sorry Wolph, but give me a willing communicator over a guy who can speak Japanese... but doesn't communicate well.
I do agree that moves have to be made to include the non-English speakers (of various nationalities), but like it or not the lingua franca of this community is - at least currently - English. For me, a willingness to communicate is first and foremost.

I don't know Will. I'm sure he's a great bloke, and a damn fine manager (and I have no issues at all with controversy!)... but BB King did very well with our team last season, and regardless of thoughts of others, he communicated very well with me. Swoosh is my primary guy, but if Swoosh bowed out to vote for BB King... I'd most likely follow that lead.
Moot point, as BB King hasn't put his name in the ring.

Will Freeman, His skill is really good in BB, his experience also excellent. I hope he can control well Nippon NT.

Swoosh, He also great manager in JBBL. He play in BB long long ago already, he have good enough experience for NT. I hope he can build and foundation well Nippon NT.

So both of them are suitable for NT.

Honestly see and be seen can write native language or not is not important. The important is who love Nippon for shining like a sun? For me Swoosh will love and take care Nippon rosters, So he will build NT with good foundation for long time. I wanna give him chance for NT.
