The level of the doctor doesn't stop you from getting injuries......it only helps with the recovery.
I am for them keeping injuries but I don't like the 4 and 5 week injuries. I think 4 week or 5 week injuries should only happen when a team has a level 1 doctor. I had a U-21 manager have a 5 week injury while he had a level 5 doctor. That shouldn't happen IMO. I would have it like this....
ALL DOCTORS CAN GET INGAME INJURIES
Level 1 doctor  3 weeks to 6 weeks possible
Level 2 doctor  2 weeks to 5 weeks possible
Level 3 doctor  1 week to 4 weeks possible
Level 4 doctor  1 week to 3 weeks possible
Level 5 doctor  1 week to 2 weeks possible(50% chance of being 1 week or 2 week)
Level 6 doctor  1 week to 2 weeks possible (75% chance of being 1 week)
Level 7 doctor      1 week max

This would punish the cheap teams who run high level trainers and level 1 doctors

I also feel that all doctors should posess the skill to get a player back into the game.
Maybe have it like a Taping Doctor would have a 50% chance of bringing someone back either at half or at the end of a Q, and a regular doctor would have a 25% chance of bringing a player back at only the half..

I've never used less than a L7 doctor.
Is that the answer you expected???? WITH an L7...I still get injuries in over 50% of my games.

For someone so keen on his data and can produce endless essays of data at will i think its humorous that you think a sample size of 10 games proves what you are saying. Then again why am i even posting this , i will just get at best a snarky comment about the division im playing in , or at worse a 500 word rampage. Not having all day is no excuse for a small sample either.
