Unfair advantage to high school kids off for summer. Unfair advantage to college kids, unfair advantage to people who are unemployed or don't have kids or better job shifts etc.

Basically that's like punishing teams that can't watch every game. Because for example: you call 6 timeouts through the game... That's 6 additional times my team may sub out my trainee for no reason.

Unfair advantage to kids in school concerning TL

boom

and anyways if the opponent calls the timeout your team shouldn't be affected in any way. what stays at the team is supposed to be the team only

like i said it'll be optional. Teams who take the timeout can sub their own players, while the cpu 'coach' can decide to make subs or not. and if you put SFDC and have your trainee in all 3 positions it shouldn't happen

Then can GM's and BB's see who won and lost a game before it goes "live"?

Recently I have been accused to have rigged an election. People don't realise how much GMs play the exact same game as everyone, but are enforcing the rules.

Whoa, discussing a cheating accusation on the forums? That's against the rules! Won't some GM punish you for abusing your authority?

;)

The whole thing is just a testament of the wonderful power of the human brain to believe whatever it wants to when someone doesn't want to blame himself.

You can't base it of 1 rare case, and we should be able to set the minutes (plus or less) that we want for our players, it doesn't make much sense that we can't

I didn't base it off 1 rare case I used the term always. My old squad always had atleast 1 guy that played 20+ minutes. (this guy was nearly as good as my starters.)
That being said I agree with you, the BBs should add more substitution options to specify the managers preference in roatation between starters and subs.

I have 2 suggestions for that..

MINOR suggestion:
1. Decrease the effect of stamina or..
2. Increase a little bit the percentage of the coach in making a substitution due to poor play and minutes played.

MAJOR suggestion:
1. Give us the option of deciding the maximum playing time to be given to our starters.
Not very specific like giving the exact minutes but give us 3 options like:
A. Tire Out - He will play until he is very exhausted to even walk. (40 - 48 minutes)
B. Balance - The PT will be balance so that he can play efficiently (34 - 42 minutes)
C. Conserve/Restricted - His PT will be restricted and will only play as long as he is doing the right thing (28 - 36 minutes)
D. Starter Scheme - His PT will be lower than his substitute in the Line-up - (16 - 24 minutes)
