If player is set as starter than every his backup slot is decreased from 10 to 5 minutes.
You can get 48 + 38 minutes for two positional training.

Thanks for your advice. I went for 48+38, so train for PF and C.
PF was injured in the game, so he did not get 38 minutes. Furthermore, my opponent updated the line-up, so it's not a forfeit game.
