15 ID, 11 OD, 7 SB.

For both PF and C.

Center: 20 ID 10 SB 3 OD

I think I would much rather have a center with 20 ID who can completely shut down the inside and then give my PF a lot of the OD load.

PF: 16 ID 8 SB 9 OD

I'm leaning more towards these numbers although with the increased emphasis on SB now in play I might give a few more of those ID skill points to SB.

I think a lot of the posts are giving the C far too many OD points. High OD is nice for a Center but with the way the question is asked here, it's clearly a luxury especially with most teams playing inside based offenses. You need to defend the inside shots not worry about an opposing Center hoisting up long jumpers.

I agree. Most people are setting it up as if there are a ton of motion and run and gun shooting centers in the league. I would rather take my chances with a big guy who just crushes down low. The PF is a bit more tricky, but even still, with the LI tactic still being overpowered and overused, I like my PF to have tons of ID as well.

I chose double digits for OD for both C and PF. And I'm not choosing that at all because of motion / R&G.

Man, everyone here seems to underestimate SB. Not me though.

I tend to agree with hrudey on the 15/11/7. 15 should be sufficient to put a significant damper on your opponents inside scoring but the OD helps in many ways such as against bigs with range, creating TOs, preventing some of the passes inside that in turn lower the times your big even needs to defend against IS.

Your 20/10/3 guy would be a beast but I think the 15/11/7 guy is more versatile and will make a bigger impact overall.

I'm interested in your theory on why here?

Then why is that? In such a LI dominated game such as Buzzerbeater, as long as you have decent guards and a SF with good OD and ID (A true SF) It is better to have the best ID possible for a center, unless salary is a problem for your team.
