However, it's a mixed blessing, since the #1 often gets defeated. however, last 1 consolation tourney's ended up having the #1 win it all. it remains a lotery with who we will face, but having HCA on our side certainly will give us a much needed bonus if we hope to be able to compete with the top nations that are left in the tourney
