Hmmm, we are all new teams. We don't pay salary floor. Party !!!!

Perpete, do you confirm this info? We don't pay salary until next season?

I've some doubt because Utopia has property rules in some cases^^ (like 50k weekly)

Well you have to pay salaries ( ) but salary floor will not be enforced for the first 16 weeks, just like any other new team.

Ok, i really think i will be the first Official Utopia Tanker

Thanks, but it's better to be accurate. In rules it speaks about new teams, but also for 50k/weekly it speaks about new teams...

Now, it's all ok.

Well I am glad for the clarification. I was under the impression that there was going to be a set amount for PSF. As it shown on the economy page.

Looks like it will be a tanker season for me. The only issue with the strategy will be that I will probably not be the only team doing it. So season 28 will probably be a challenge if I look to win a title.

One extra thing to consider. This season from the 64 division IVs there will be 256 teams getting a promotion to division III so that all leagues are filled or about four promotions on average per division IV league. Next season it will be down a lot.

I figure in season two they will promote 64 of the 256 division III teams to division II to fill it instead of the usual 16 promotions. That will create 64 extra promotions in division IV.

So season one you have a roughly one in four chance of getting a promotion, season two it will be one in eight and season three it will be approaching the regular one in 16.

The extra weekly money with no salary floor is very tempting and I may still go that way but you are looking at a tougher road in season two rather than trying to catch the season one wave.

With there being 80 div 4s this season, it works out to around one in five this season, but yes, it is definitely worth considering.

I'm banking on most teams having a crack though, and I expect that a season 1 tanker will have a huge advantage over a team that goes for it in season 1 and fails.

The dilemma I am having is whether it is worth going for it early to collect the 50k a week from the cup.

All these hard decisions are a beautiful thing. Something you haven't had to face for what, about 25 seasons?
