The all-star week is particularly tough because you may not have a home game. You have to be careful both then and at the end of the season when you may get unlucky on payments.

That's pretty hefty for a Div III team
You should be able to get all 3 cheaply for under $14,000 each

But the problem is he have no cash to buy a coach like that. But I agree nearly 80k salary for staff is was too much.

@SanFranfan49: And I guess a coach level 4 is good enough. I think after tuesdays homegame you can do for a coach. With reducing the staff salary you more money for your team or your account

He could fire his staff in the weekend and find a new one between monday and friday. That way you save 1 week of salary while still having time to look for a new one. If he doesn't have money after tuesday's game he should keep his trainer but he could still fire the doctor and pr manager if they're expensive.
