Don't try and intentionally lose. At this point your league is full of bots who do not draft well anyways.
The draft is also extremely random, tanking an entire season can often lead to nothing significant on the draft front.
Winning games increases revenue significantly which will allow you to keep building your arena, purchase trainees/staff etc. win the games you can and you will be thankful at the results.
