If I have scouting points that I do not use at the end of the season, do they carry forward indefinitely?

Who would have thought that 56 TSP is better than 46 TSP?
I think its important to have high starting amounts of the skills that train the slowest for your height. This makes OD for a big (and JR if you are training an outside player) the most valuable skill since it trains the slowest. I would rather have a whole at a primary skill than a hole at OD for bigs.
