Well, the Scrooge McDuck quote is mine...

But, why are we talking about practice man? Facilities could serve many purposes and probably most of those would cost money. Medical facilities, fan related facilities, training facilities, whatnot...

For example:
Clinic: add 1 level to your doctors skill
Fan Center: add 1 level to your PR guy

and so on... You could add expansions that add the festure skills, for example you add a Social Media manager to the Fan center, who grants your PR guy the nationwide attention or how it is called skill. Cheerteam for the home game bonus...

It's a one time effort to build sthg. I miss this part since I finished the arena.

I guess you're the kind of person who likes that the bit of strategy it adds to the game, but to me it just seems unrelated to the rest of the game and is unneeded.
