It was actually 5 weeks last season and 1 in this season. And IS popped last friday so it took 6 weeks. Now its week 7 for JS. I guess i will end up with high sublevels so it will be compensated the next time i train JS and IS
and my trainer was level 5 if it effects calculations. Expectations were just too high.
