The extra promotion slots opening up is in my view the development which will have an immediate impact. In D3 there will be lots of scoreboard watching tonight to see whom will be in position to garner these berths.

See the front page regarding news for s38 for a synopsis. Basically it means more movement both up and down, of course if you relegate in D4 you no longer go to 5 but you are reshuffled to another league, or as I like to call it. The witless protection program
