Yeah I don't have that time on me like I used too. Their used to be a guy who kept up with that type of stuff. I believe I will because the league needs to change anyway.

So its 16 free spots and bots who are coming down from higher divisions? Also seeding doesn't count? So how does the game engine look at my team then?

Well I just checked Division IV!!! Right side of the list and there are very little 19-3 seed and better yet 1 seeds. The next best record between 2 league list is 18-4 and I even saw 16-5 as a next best record. So I think all the 19-3 are moving up to division III next season.

I have no idea how you managed to get to that result. But it is definitely wrong. Bottom line is that only a few 19-3 teams are promoting and you will most likely not be one of them.
