I did send a BB-Mail to Marin and a post on our forums the day I left, but I probably contacted the wrong guy. Weird because I was a supporter too and I don't think my yearly fee ran out yet either, but oh well. Guess I gotta rebuild. All my trainees and good players were snatched up anyway. Maybe I can regain my old account/team without the players. It was only turned bot and not replaced yet.

Ouch, that has got to hurt. It would definitely help if you got your account back somehow, because I remember that building up the arena takes several seasons. But anyways, I'm glad you're settled in your new home and still on BB, despite the unfortunate circumstance.

Yep, rebuilding that arena will definitely hurt. I wonder if it's still considered tampering if I let my second team go to free agency? I do have a former U21 player on there

Glad to have you in the Big 8, Greggs. Looks like you've managed to field a pretty competitive team over the past few seasons and you've also got a few decent young prospects to build around. If you want to stick around this league though, I'd recommend spending a bit more on your arena but I'm glad you're posting with us now. We've been one of the more active leagues as far as our forum goes. Lots of mutual respect and healthy competition here in II.4.

Wow, not sure what happened, but Daryl Tracey and Cillian O'Flanagan is on the market from the best team in our league. I'm super surprised, especially with the leading scorer on the market in our league dropping about 50 points a game. Anyone planning on getting one or both of these guys? I got an eye on Cillian, but I have a feeling the price is gonna skyrocket.

Looks like both players saw their salaries double this season. He might be trying to save a little moving forwards but theres a chance he loses a bit of his investment on O'Flanagan and both guys look to be his better prospects. It will be interesting to see where he takes the team after those two sell, maybe he feels like hes strong enough without them or that he can flip the profit into a big time star. The rest of his team looks pretty experienced. Good luck on the sale, grabbing O'Flanagan would create a pretty nice inside/out game for your team beside Turbin.

All-star rosters are out, any surprises and snubs? Most notably, I'm surprised Turbin and Andrews got snubbed, both make a huge impact on the game and didn't even make backup. So, basically Sikong getting the starting SG in the Big 8 and Juarez getting the starting C in the Great 8 was a surprise. And honestly, I don't even play Juarez at C that often, so big surprise there.

Any predictions for 3pt shootout? I'm guessing Nisbet, because he's 62% from three, although at low volume. But I'm rooting for my guy Laurent.

It's gonna be interesting, I wonder if Great 8 will win for the 4th year in a row.

I'm just happy that Nestor Neal continues to dominate our leagues voting at the 5 spot for the 9th season in a row. He's sure to fall off eventually but yeah, Andrews falling off this year was almost predictable after his early season injury. That's also the same time Nisbet took a step forwards so it seemed to work out for my team in the end.

It's nice to see Morato back again but it looks like we've got a few fresh faces this year and I'm glad to see it. Voting was also very top heavy in the Big 8 so this could finally be our year but its yet to be seen. Another interesting thing to note about this season is we dont yet have a clear cut league leading scorer anymore and that race is looking to be wide open at the moment.

I did not expect to have the three point winner that's for sure, and the final score was abit of a surprize, was a great one. Thanks for another fun night like most the season has been so far. Good luck in the second half of the season everyone.

Wow, I've been so focused on cup since last Thursday quarter-finals that I haven't been placing too much focus on league games. I'm somewhat surprised I'm at .500 and there is only a few wins difference between 5th seed Nordiques and 2nd seed Whiplash in Great 8.

On the other hand, the top 4 of the Big 8 have some really good records and are pretty close too. For the first time in a while, it seems like Big 8 won most of their games against Great 8.

It'll be interesting to see how the next several games play out in terms of seedings for both conferences.
