Agreed. Colesy can speak better for the U21 team, but he definitely needs some passing training. Maybe in 2 seasons he'd have a shot.

yea, definitley needs better passing as well a couple of jump shot pops, and an outside D pop wouldnt hurt either. but with his potential he should be in the picture in a couple of seasons.

Depends on their age. If they're over the age of 25 or 26, they're basically useless to train.
Now that I look at your team, since 2 of your guards are ages 24 and 27, I'd try to play Macdonald and Zwintzscher at PG for 48 minutes and do 1-position training of Passing for a few weeks. 1-position training will get those guys leveled up much faster.

but i feel like if i play dem at dat position dey can corse me a game, with their bad passing they will create alot of turnovers. Ur pointguards are suppose to have really good passing rite?

They might cost you a few games at first (I doubt it though, it's just one position), but how else are they going to get better if they don't train the skills that they're the worst at?
