cheers..

how often do players salaries change?

ive seen some lower salaried players with much better stats than people with double there wages....

is this due to form or do the skills fluctuate and the wage is the best indicator for skill?

do players have a cap on how good a certain skill can be developed?

Salaries change at the beginning of a new season; or every 14 weeks. Players also age at this time (1 year).

I have not seen this, so I'd need to see some examples before weighing in with an opinion. Form does not alter salary, only game performance and DMI.

There is no cap on main skills, however Stamina tops out at prominent (10) and practice this week tops out at proficient (9).

[Edit: I think. If anyone has evidence to the contrary on this, feel free to correct me]

OK, so I saw a Level 9 trainer too and grabbed him. If I fire him now, does he get the measly $1,000 severance of my previous firings, or is the severance actually one week's salary?

That's what I figured... I may just try to keep him around a bit... luckily I won my Cup match and therefore have a TV game plus a Cup game next week.

Many thanks!

right what is going on here in this match (1163497) My team beat the other team the majority of areas, most of my positions outscore the other teams positions. this is the second game in the row that has done it... the first game i lost from the other way round. I though it was just luck but apparently if your team is better you lose? whats up with that!?

Hi,

I'm new at this and I was wondering if it's worth it to replace my current 1000$ trainer with a much more expensive level 6 trainer and maybe replace the PR gyu as well ??

It's defenitely worth getting a level 6 trainer, because your players will train faster. About the PR-manager: I don't know if you should replace him, I think it's more important to fire players and buy some new players to get a good team, but of course that's up to you..
