registering for an other team while your team is still active is certainly not alowed. This mostly leads to both teams being banned.
Most players know this and might think, why is he telling this? Well from one of the posts I got the impression you saw this as an option. Just know it is no option.
Know that by reading the things you now know, you still are ahead of many others who take a longer time before finding out some of the stuff out here, and they also manage to reverse their downward spiral.
Finding out after a week already I think you will do just great. Don't give up too soon. It takes some weeks of patience, but then you'll see your team grow to a real competitive force, and before you realise it, your opponents will fear your team. ;)
