I think that's different kind of election - u21 managers end their two years with their u21 teams and there will be new elections. "Elections begin late tonight" means you can enlist yourself as candidate for such a spot somewhere. New countries are probable to be added*
* as BB read this thread - it would be nice to make extra page for u21 election and for NT election if new countries will vote for both. And it would be nice to actually add those countries into rankings (at least at the first update).

can someone help me here ^^
im not 100% sure who was mvp in bundesliga last season, i thought my player was,but maybe im wrong, how i can find out?

Both didn't win, because one team has the trophy, and the other doesn't.
And why he got it? Maybe due to his higher salary? :P Not sure.
