i think we should have a governing body like the gm of each league or the LA's to do the approving of the trade,

that is why im saying trading should only be given to teams of the same division because the level of game play in a division should be enough than to include teams that are not in the same country or different divisions.

this option should only for teams within their OWN DIVISIONS.

i can site other things like, putting it on the TL and pricing it way to high so no one can bid in and in the end of the day you cause trouble that you have explain yourself too much to the BB's and GM's why your doing it. but i think youll still get reprimanded.

another is to keep players of the same country to stay more in their own mother land, right now my team has all foreign guys. and i wish to have a good player but with the working relationship i have with my fellow country men and the cant forgive cant forget situation. right now im seeing my team just to have no australian guys probably in the next 2 or 3 seasons (pls lets not go over the draft ok)

we just have to make some rules, and how to check up on the dynamics of making a trade.

i think its stupid for one team to trade a player who has a salary of 40k to be traded to a player of 8k who doesnt have too much upside. same as the nba, the commisioner's office screens the trades if they can go through. likewise if those nba teams do follow the rules.

So only issue is the presentation on that submenu, while it is not so big deal in my opinion, because only active users are watching league page every 3 days. Anyway it is for a discussion.

i like to see first the press messages on the league oard, but till such things are realized maybe you could make an tl ad thread in your league forum - i think nobody will be angry about that.

but trades aren't official, i think must of cheating detection works through other buyer seeing high prices trnasfer which are reported to gm, i see to much effort in checking each trade manually with an gm.

And trading make it possible to cheat a lot, also in your own league don't forget you know then, maybe you get an friendship deal etc. Maybe you trade starplayers for one important game to the other team, or make bets with players.

I don't need to sell my player to them, I would like to buy one maybe by the time from them. Anyway I'm too lazy to put the players even to the global forum.

as im saying .. . .

if its hard to ask someone to comtrol the trade. why not make the rules stricter .. .

what i mean is wages . . . . difference of just +- 20%

also there has to be some clearance . . . meaning they can only trade a certain player on a certain time lets say after 5 weeks or so . . .

i dont know why you dont like it . . . its too obvious your not thinking if your just saying probably to cheating . . . if we set the rules clearly then we can only work on the rules.

or simply just putting it on the transfer market

anyways its just me , i think its a good thing.

It is too simple to trade between teams and make alliances against the others. Even if you will trade adequate or "weaker" player, he will be different and maybe just on the skill where you need. The other team can make things the same way.

..and you can trade and trade, this one will be better there and this one there, without any other expenses...

I think that this game have more other potential than to be switched into boring business manager.

I like the idea about supporting transactions between the teams in the division. Maybe it could be allowed for the loans or different things, I don't know, however direct trading is a step into a wrong direction.

Neither of this is going to happen, for obvious reasons. First, assigning manpower to monitor every league for something that is completely unnecessary is a waste of manpower. Second, LA duties are limited to translating the site only.

i can site other things like, putting it on the TL and pricing it way to high so no one can bid in and in the end of the day you cause trouble that you have explain yourself too much to the BB's and GM's why your doing it. but i think youll still get reprimanded.

You don't have to explain yourself at all -- you will be fined either way, since selling at a price above market rates is forbidden no matter whether you're trading or not.

i think its stupid for one team to trade a player who has a salary of 40k to be traded to a player of 8k who doesnt have too much upside.

That random dude in a random lower league and his buddy who's quitting the game certainly don't think so.

In conclusion: direct trades have been suggested many, many times. They're not going to happen, period. Please use the transfer market to get rid of the players you don't need anymore, and to buy reinforcements.
