Players who play less minutes tend to have a higher rating, and although I don't officially know why I have a hunch it's stamina-related.

Do you know if the specialty of a PR manager impacts the ratings? Or would we only see this in the "pts per 100"?

I figure the PR specialty would impact both the team ratings and the points per 100, even maybe the player ratings as the specialties would increase how you play on the road (Nat Appeal) or at Home (Crowd Involvement). While they may not be directly built into the formula I think they would have a impact through that increase in performance.

Anyone know in more detail?
