it's not common to have your players all on the same level of skill. (sub-level-wise) but it does happen. I also had a week or with no pops at all. The 3rd and 4th week though, i had about 80% of regulars pop in the main skill and 20%-ish of those players popped in one of the sub skills. An early merry chrismas.
I personally prefer them to pop all at once instead of individually. That way you can switch training without hesitation. I get this chain-reaction urge to keep training the players i want popped. Let's say i want player x to pop and player y to pop. Player x pops after 2 weeks and player y pops in 4 weeks. Now I'm not sure if i should switch training since player x might pop again in 1 week. And when he does pop, player y might pop too in 1 week.
With everyone pop at a given time, is the best way for me. That way i can switch training without looking at the other players who might pop.
