This is a bit more than a temporary display issue, unfortunately. I have a player currently listed, and with a bid, but my "available balance" reflects the money I will get after the fees (which ultimately won't apply). Will I just have to live with that?

Although it clearly should be fixed, I can't say for certain whether or not the BBs will fix that for you. It's up to them.
